  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or high school diploma/GED with two years relevant experience (three months ABA for Level I; six months for Level II)
  • Educational Aide Permit (EAP) from Ohio Department of Education or Ohio Teaching License, pending before start date
  • Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training through PCMA or PIVOT, passed within six months of employment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six months of hire
  • Six months experience with autistic children using ABA (Level II requires this; Level I requires three months minimum
