What they ask for
Required
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Author and manage software and system requirements
- Maintain requirements traceability across lifecycle stages
- Define and manage interfaces (ICDs)
- Plan and execute verification activities
- Proficiency with at least one requirements management tool
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering using SysML or equivalent in an MBSE tool
- Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field
- 10+ years of systems engineering experience on software-intensive programs or equivalent
- Problem-solve proactively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
Nice to have
- Aerospace or spaceflight systems experience, ideally human-rated or safety-critical programs
- SIL/HIL integration environments, test benches, or flight/field test experience
- Support safety analyses and derived requirements
- GitLab CI or equivalent DevSecOps/CI pipeline tooling
- Agile or hybrid Agile/waterfall program experience
- INCOSE membership or certification (ASEP/CSEP)
