What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years of data science experience
- 2+ years of generative AI experience
- Track record of delivering production-grade ML/AI solutions with measurable business impact
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying generative AI solutions using large language models
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and structured output design
- Experience building RAG pipelines with vector databases
- Experience fine-tuning or adapting foundation models with parameter-efficient techniques
- Understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies including hallucination detection and bias assessment
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and model governance in regulated environments
Nice to have
- MS or higher degree in quantitative discipline
- Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video)
- Experience with agent-based workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, or Snowflake Cortex
