- 12+ years building and owning data platform architecture
- Evidence of setting technical direction without direct authority
- Deep GCP and BigQuery expertise
- Operational fluency in AWS and EKS
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, Kafka, Databricks, and Spark at platform scale
- Event streaming in production at scale including schema registry and data contracts
- Data governance and compliance in regulated environments including HIPAA and PHI handling
