- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Proficiency in Oracle and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities

- Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or Associate in Claims (AIC) certification
