  • Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, physics, or related quantitative discipline, or 5+ years as a quantitative analyst or data scientist
  • Ability to work autonomously in undefined research domains and small teams
  • Strong engineering skills to translate research into production-ready code
  • Scientific communication ability across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of music, sound science, DSP, or music production
  • Familiarity with JAX deep learning framework
  • Experience with GCP, Apache Beam, DataFlow, Kubernetes, or TensorFlow Data
  • Prior experience designing evaluation frameworks for generative models
