- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3+ years enterprise infrastructure operations, system administration, or platform support
- Troubleshooting CPU and memory performance issues on Linux/Unix
- Oracle Database support experience
- Oracle tablespace management and alert log analysis
- Enterprise monitoring and alerting platform experience
- IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ticketing systems
- 24/7 operational support environment experience
- Linux system administration
- Performance analysis and troubleshooting
- Incident management and root cause analysis
- Scripting fundamentals in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar
Nice to have
- Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- ITIL Foundation certification

- Automating operational tasks and alert remediation
