  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 3+ years enterprise infrastructure operations, system administration, or platform support
  • Troubleshooting CPU and memory performance issues on Linux/Unix
  • Oracle Database support experience
  • Oracle tablespace management and alert log analysis
  • Enterprise monitoring and alerting platform experience
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ticketing systems
  • 24/7 operational support environment experience
  • Linux system administration
  • Performance analysis and troubleshooting
  • Incident management and root cause analysis
  • Scripting fundamentals in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar

Nice to have

  • Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • RHCSA or RHCE certification
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) experience
  • Automating operational tasks and alert remediation
