Required
- 8–10 years of credit analysis or financial analysis experience, preferably in P&C insurance
- Deep knowledge of U.S. property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, and brokerage markets
- Strong financial analysis skills assessing quantitative and qualitative credit factors
- Excellent written communication and credit research abilities
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship management experience with C-suite executives and market participants
- Leadership capability with mentoring experience
Nice to have
- MBA in Finance, CPA, or actuarial designation (ACAS or FCAS)
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on AI tool experience
