What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related technical/scientific field
  • 12+ years progressive pharmaceutical manufacturing or sterile/nonsterile compounding experience
  • Direct hands-on ownership of technology transfer, cleaning validation, process validation, or process/equipment troubleshooting
  • Expertise across at least two of: 503A/503B compounding, sterile injectable manufacturing, or API/peptide manufacturing
  • Knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800>, FDA Process Validation Guidance, and ICH Q7/Q11
  • Root-cause investigation and CAPA experience in regulated manufacturing
  • Ability to work across geographically distributed sites with remote collaboration and travel
  • Strong technical writing skills for protocols and reports
  • Prior experience managing or developing managers in multi-site manufacturing

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience with peptide, oligonucleotide, or complex API manufacturing
  • Hands-on equipment troubleshooting with autoclaves, isolators, filling lines, or API processing equipment
  • Experience with new equipment commissioning or site launch activities
  • Prior FDA inspection participation in technical support roles
