What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
- Several years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or operations in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Knowledge of TPM methodologies, reliability engineering, preventive and predictive maintenance, and RCA
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, contractors, and service providers
- Understanding of GMP regulations, FDA requirements, and regulated manufacturing environments
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Knowledge of digital maintenance technologies and Industry 4.0 applications
