- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing
- Prior experience leading a plant or large production operation
- Proven track record in safety management and OSHA compliance
- Extensive experience managing food quality systems and GMP adherence
- Operational knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and engineering principles
- Experience managing budgets and cost performance
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma
