- 10+ years of product design experience at technical and product-driven companies
- 3+ years of people management (or strong player-coach signals for newer managers)
- Track record owning and shipping a major product area's experience
- Hands-on craft and technical fluency including prototyping in code
- People leadership: ability to model, coach, and care for a team
- Strong opinions held with humility; ability to create healthy friction and update views based on evidence
- Genuine AI-native product judgment for trust, control, and workflow transformation in agentic systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical partners
