Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- 2+ years automotive repair experience OR automotive technology certificate/associate degree
- Proficiency in automotive repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot basic automotive concerns
- Ability to communicate vehicle issues and corrections
- Meet metric performance targets
- Learn and operate basic computer systems
- Organized and punctual
- Maintain safe and compliant workspace
- Learn and comply with DriveTime standards
- At least 18 years old
- Lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet
- Stand for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing and pulling
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Use safety equipment including face shield, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, and mask
