- Fabrication experience
- Blueprint and sketch reading
- Pass Crane welding qualifications test including plate test and X-ray requirements
Nice to have
- Five or more years welding experience in manufacturing
- ASME Section IX MIG certification or ability to obtain it
- Three or more years carbon steel experience
