What they ask for

Required

  • 5+ years building and operating complex software and compute infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience across hardware, operating systems, networking, and automation
  • Deployed an agentic harness (OpenClaw, Hermes, SybilClaw, or comparable) in a real work environment
  • Strong Linux and macOS systems experience including debugging and networking
  • Experience operating VMs or containers in production
  • Strong networking fundamentals (routing, VLANs, DNS, firewalls)
  • Ability to build software, scripts, CLIs, and integrations
  • Meaningful open-source contribution or maintenance experience
  • In-office at least three days per week

Nice to have

  • ITAR-regulated or air-gapped environment experience
  • Local LLM inference deployment (Ollama, MLX, vLLM, llama.cpp)
  • Model routing, context management, or multi-agent systems experience
  • Internal developer infrastructure experience
  • Experience deploying into customer or field environments
  • Public portfolio of work (GitHub, Gitea, etc.)
