Required
- 5+ years supplier quality or manufacturing quality experience in aerospace, defense, space, or high-reliability industries
- 3+ years leading or managing people
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ME preferred, EE, or similar)
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and process control methodologies
- Experience with APQP tools including FMEA, Control Plans, and SPC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual) for ITAR access
Nice to have
- Aerospace manufacturing methods experience including GD&T for machining and grinding
- NADCAP special processes requirements knowledge
- AS9100 Auditor certification
- ASQ CQM or CQE certification
