Required
- Active or obtainable DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or related STEM field with 10 years project engineering experience, OR Master's degree with 8 years experience, OR 14 years project engineering experience without degree, OR high school diploma
- Minimum 7 years progressively responsible experience in project engineering or systems engineering
- Large-scale DoD or MDA program management experience
- Leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams and major subcontractors
- Technical strategy development aligned with business objectives
- System architecture and integration oversight
- DoD acquisition framework expertise
