Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or related STEM field with 7 years project engineering experience, OR Master's degree in project engineering with 5 years experience, OR 11 years project engineering experience without degree
Proven ability to lead complex engineering programs across full lifecycle
Experience with Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Plans/Schedules
Experience as Control Account Manager under EVMS-compliant contracts
Background in aerospace or defense industry, preferably DoD and MDA programs
Knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks and contract structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to assess and manage technical risks
U.S. Citizenship required
Must have or obtain active DoD Secret Clearance
ITAR compliance required

Nice to have

Background in solid rocket motors, propulsion systems, or flight vehicle integration
Proficiency with engineering management tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera
