- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Physics
- More than 7 years of engineering experience on large complex hardware programs
- More than 3 years of engineering management or program/project management experience
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and document plans clearly
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
- Hands-on experience managing hardware or software that reached launch and on-orbit operations
