This role leads infrastructure strategy for Anthropic's GPU and TPU fleet, owning the full lifecycle from cloud ingestion through automated repair and health management. High-performance networking experience (EFA, RDMA, InfiniBand)
Production reliability ownership for high-throughput latency-sensitive systems
Open-source contributions to Kubernetes, Linux, or container runtimes
Systems design tradeoff analysis skills
