What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, and/or prospecting experience
- Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days
- Two or more hours of driving per week
Nice to have
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
- Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, customer service and relations, and community relations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
