  • 8+ years of paid media, integrated media planning, or digital marketing experience
  • Experience planning and managing large-scale global or multi-market paid media campaigns
  • Deep expertise across digital media channels including programmatic, paid social, paid search, and online video
  • Demonstrated ability to lead agency partners and influence strategic media decisions
  • Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals including audience strategy, channel mix, and measurement
  • Experience managing complex campaign timelines, budgets, creative workflows, and stakeholder approvals
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • AI proficiency to improve productivity and decision-making
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with experience using media reporting tools

  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, consumer electronics, streaming, or direct-to-consumer marketing
  • Experience supporting campaign localization, creative versioning, or dynamic creative workflows
