  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Ownership of complex, revenue-generating platforms in digital assets, financial services, or regulated domains
  • Experience defining and owning product strategy for multi-stakeholder digital asset or financial infrastructure products at global scale
  • Ability to lead ambiguous, cross-company initiatives and influence without authority
  • Track record managing product, operational, and market risks in regulated environments
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data, models, and metrics
