  • 6+ years software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, technical education, or comparable role
  • 3+ years hands-on technical instruction in live in-person and remote settings
  • Production engineering experience with shipped software
  • Recent hands-on AI development (LLM APIs, agents, tool use, MCP within past 3 years)
  • Experience helping instructors or presenters improve through feedback and train-the-trainer work
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City

Nice to have

  • Experience designing or running train-the-trainer or instructor certification programs
  • Portfolio of sessions, labs, or courses designed and taught
  • Experience teaching across time zones or to European audiences with recorded coaching
  • Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tool as significant part of workflow
  • Building with Claude on Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Foundry, or comparable infrastructure
  • Public speaking, conference workshops, or developer advocacy experience
  • Deep enthusiasm for AI and commitment to responsible AI deployment
