- Previous experience as Technical Product Manager or Product Manager in payments, fintech, or high-scale real-time systems
- Proven track record leading large-scale technical programs from concept through delivery
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across multiple teams
- Deep expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies with experience leading multiple teams
- Technical proficiency in payments domain (Authorization, Clearing, Settlement)
- Systems-level technical understanding including architecture, APIs, and platform design
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define KPIs and measure success
- Strong business acumen including ROI and cost optimization understanding
- Cross-organizational strategic planning and roadmap prioritization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
