- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR high school diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience
- Three years of financial modeling and analysis experience in finance, accounting, investment banking or consulting
- Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Available for occasional overnight travel (15%)
