Required

  • 8+ years in customer-facing engineering roles (forward deployed, solutions, customer, or professional services)
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to write production code
  • Deep cloud infrastructure knowledge including containers, CI/CD, networking, and autoscaling
  • Deep PostgreSQL and database expertise including schema design, performance tuning, and data migrations
  • AI fluency and understanding of LLM application architectures
  • Strong communication skills across all levels
  • Self-directed with comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Understanding of how technical work connects to revenue

Nice to have

  • Experience migrating from Heroku, AWS, or other cloud platforms
  • Hands-on experience building AI and LLM applications including RAG pipelines and agent frameworks
  • Prior experience as first hire in a role or founding member of a new program
