Required

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, broadcast engineering, computer science, information technology, media technology, or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of progressive broadcast engineering or live production technology experience, including leadership of complex facilities
  • 5+ years of people-management experience leading engineers, technicians, or project teams
  • Deep knowledge of broadcast signal flow, studio systems, control rooms, routing, intercom, audio, video, transmission, post-production, and media asset workflows
  • Working knowledge of IP media standards including SMPTE ST 2110, PTP, NMOS, AES67, Dante, and multicast networking
  • Experience with cloud, virtualization, and hybrid workflows connecting broadcast operations with cloud production and streaming platforms
  • Proven ability to lead technical strategy, capital projects, vendor negotiations, and lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support live events and business-critical operations
  • Onsite presence required at NFL office or stadium location

Nice to have

  • Experience with ST 2110 facility design, IP fabric architecture, timing design, and boundary clocks
  • Experience with media supply chain platforms, storage orchestration, and metadata-driven content operations
  • Experience leading teams through SDI-to-IP migration, facility transformation, or major technology refresh
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted media workflows, automation, quality control, and accessibility technologies
