Required
- 2-3 years recent assembly, brazing, soldering, and TIG welding experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Read and write English fluently
- Pass basic math and English test at 75% accuracy
- Lift 35-50 lbs regularly
- Stand or sit for long periods
- Good manual dexterity and vision
- Steady hands and focus on detail
Nice to have
- Willingness to learn 5S, kanban, and continuous improvement practices
