Required
- 7+ years of technical program management experience in software, SaaS, or systems development
- Track record of leading large-scale cross-team software delivery programs to completion
- Ability to operate in fully remote, asynchronous-first environment
- Strong written communication skills to build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Influence and drive outcomes through others without direct reporting relationships
- Attention to detail and bias toward execution grounded in data
- Technical fluency to self-identify risk in plans and discuss architecture with senior engineers
- Experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalent tooling at scale
