- Understanding of RF fundamentals including link budgets and antenna systems
- Experience with RF electronics and communication hardware
- Antenna system design and operations experience
- RF test equipment troubleshooting

- Complex documentation and communication ability
- U.S. security clearance eligibility
- Project management skills
- 20% travel availability
- Physical capability for lifting, standing, climbing, and carrying

- Digital Signal Processing background including modem design or waveform development
- FPGA-based signal processing experience
- GNU Radio, MATLAB, Simulink, Python, or SDR development
- Advanced SATCOM technologies knowledge
