What they ask for
Required
- 4–6 years legal experience at large firm, government agency, or corporation in regulatory or compliance role
- Knowledge of US federal and state consumer protection laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, FDCPA, and UDAAP
- Knowledge of federal and state consumer law regulators
- Member of state bar in good standing
- Ability to obtain limited in-house bar license in Pennsylvania
- Strategic thinking and independent problem-solving
- Strong written and oral communication
