What they ask for
Required
- CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro qualification in maintenance or thermal treatment
- 3 to 5 years' experience in furnace operation or maintenance
- Knowledge of composite materials, vacuum bagging, leak and pressure testing, industrial maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and correct thermal cycle failures
- Attention to detail and rigor in process compliance
Nice to have
- Welding experience
- 3D carbon weaving machine experience
- SAP and OpCenter knowledge
