Required

  • BSEE degree
  • 5+ years designing and bringing up high-speed digital compute boards
  • High-speed digital PCB design proficiency including multi-GHz signaling and BGA routing
  • Power integrity and power delivery network design expertise
  • High-speed serial interface design and debug experience, particularly PCIe Gen 4/5 and Ethernet

Nice to have

  • Basic firmware for hardware bring-up and validation
  • Hands-on embedded systems debug skills
  • COTS space hardware experience including radiation awareness and component derating
  • Hands-on PCB layout experience for complex high-layer-count boards with dense BGA packages
  • Thermal management experience at board and system level
