Required

  • 8+ years of data science experience with track record of driving product or business growth
  • Experience with unstructured text analytics and mining
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with data visualization platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency in causal inference, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design
  • Experience solving complex business problems with statistics and machine learning
  • Proficiency in Python and LangChain or LlamaIndex experience
  • Experience with cloud LLM providers and orchestration tools
  • Security and privacy mindset including PII handling and cost/performance tuning
  • Understanding of retrieval strategies, prompt patterns, and hallucination mitigation
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative field or equivalent work experience

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or financial technology
  • Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI workflows for building intelligent visualizations
  • Data integration and pipeline development experience
