Required

  • Significant experience as a UX or Product Designer at Senior, Staff, or Lead level
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences with customer or business impact
  • Strong interaction, UX, and visual design skills across web and mobile
  • Advanced Figma proficiency and modern prototyping methods
  • Experience conducting customer research and usability testing
  • Demonstrated use of AI throughout the design process with specific examples of impact
  • Experience designing AI-powered products with thoughtful approaches to trust and transparency
  • Experience contributing to or strengthening a design system
  • Successful collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
  • Ability to independently lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives
  • Strong product judgment and bias toward action and measurable outcomes
  • Strong foundation in user-centered design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI products, B2B SaaS, legal technology, media workflows, speech technology, or conversational intelligence
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools like Claude Design, v0, Builder.io, Replit, Lovable, or Base44
  • Familiarity with GitHub and AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor
  • Experience with Linear for project tracking
  • Experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics platforms
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or dynamic, resource-constrained environment
  • Previous mentorship or player-coach experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
