Required
- Significant experience as a UX or Product Designer at Senior, Staff, or Lead level
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences with customer or business impact
- Strong interaction, UX, and visual design skills across web and mobile
- Advanced Figma proficiency and modern prototyping methods
- Experience conducting customer research and usability testing
- Demonstrated use of AI throughout the design process with specific examples of impact
- Experience designing AI-powered products with thoughtful approaches to trust and transparency
- Experience contributing to or strengthening a design system
- Successful collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Ability to independently lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives
- Strong product judgment and bias toward action and measurable outcomes
- Strong foundation in user-centered design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility
Nice to have
- Experience with AI products, B2B SaaS, legal technology, media workflows, speech technology, or conversational intelligence
- Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools like Claude Design, v0, Builder.io, Replit, Lovable, or Base44
- Familiarity with GitHub and AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience with Linear for project tracking
- Experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or dynamic, resource-constrained environment
- Previous mentorship or player-coach experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
