Required

  • 12+ years combined Finance or Accounting and Transformation experience
  • 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience standing up or scaling AI transformation programs
  • Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks)
  • Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director/VP/CFO-level)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related discipline

Nice to have

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA certification
  • Prior Enterprise Performance, Strategic, or Operations consulting experience
  • Experience within a publicly traded multinational company, preferably high-growth
  • Prior finance system implementation experience and familiarity with embedded AI capability roadmaps
  • Hands-on experience building with enterprise AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Snowflake Cortex, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms
  • Change management certifications (PMI, Prosci, etc.)
