Required
- Strong written and oral communication in English
- Familiarity with PCI DSS 4, ISO 27001-2022, and/or SOC I/II requirements and audits
- Expert-level cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and solution providers
- Experience in IT security and/or payment card processing systems
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, technical field, or Business Administration with relevant IT experience
- Experience in mission-critical IT services or systems
- Understanding of complex technical concepts and internally developed systems
- Ability to reside within commuting distance of CTS offices and travel regionally
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of security risks and threats in the company's operating environments
- Security or IT compliance certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CCSK, CISSP, GIAC, or PCI-ISA/QSA
- Knowledge of Open Payments, Mobility as a Service, data classifications, cloud security (Azure/AWS), web infrastructure security, network security tools, encryption, database security, OS hardening, vulnerability assessment, and SIEM/FIM solutions
