Required
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics or related quantitative field (or BS with equivalent applied experience)
- 5+ years in credit-risk analytics, data science, or risk management at a bank, fintech, or credit bureau
- Experience with credit underwriting, model development, or customer valuation
- Deep knowledge of credit data including bureau attributes, risk scores, and alternative data sources
- Expert Python and SQL proficiency
- Experience with modern machine learning frameworks and large-scale data platforms like BigQuery
- Ability to explain complex modeling concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
