12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD
Direct management of software development teams of 40 or more
Significant experience managing remote/offshore development teams
Budget responsibility in the 10-15 Million USD range minimum
Experience with JVM-based platforms and Java frameworks
Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns including microservices, containers, and caching
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Knowledge of security concepts for data protection
Experience managing vendor relationships and SLAs
Track record of leading multidisciplinary technical initiatives with organizational impact
Results-driven management style with focus on team development and engagement
