- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years work experience
- Understanding of MOSFET device behavior, CMOS layout, and VLSI design
- Programming skills in Perl and Cadence SKILL
- Expertise in ICV for DRC and LVS techfile support and debugging
- Implement NVIDIA-specific DFM and DRC rules using ICV
- Add NVIDIA-specific devices to LVS decks using ICV
- Strong interpersonal skills
