Required
- 3-8 years of post-qualification experience
- Deep experience in Oracle Applications solution design or implementation
- 2+ project lifecycle experiences with Oracle ERP or Fusion applications
- Domain knowledge in supply chain management areas (procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or fulfillment)
- Understanding of Oracle project lifecycle (blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree from Tier-1 college
- Knowledge of Oracle integration with Finance, Resource Planning, and HCM modules
- Experience with advanced SCM functions and warehouse management
