What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent food manufacturing sanitation experience
- Ability to safely use ladders, lifts, and platforms at height
- Capacity to lift and carry 70 lbs continuously throughout shifts
- Work in cold, wet, hot, dusty, and confined spaces
- Dexterity and mechanical ability to clean surfaces from multiple angles and positions
- Safe handling of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals with proper PPE
- Understand and apply seven-step sanitation protocol
- Learn and sustain 5S methodology concepts
- Manage tools and equipment maintenance
- Flexible scheduling to meet business needs
Nice to have
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and validation/verification programs
