What they ask for
Required
- 1+ years of technician-related experience or equivalent education
- Minnesota Electrical Unlicensed Individual certification or higher
- Basic electrical circuits knowledge
- Welding and fabricating experience
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Comfortable operating production equipment
- Navigate SCADA systems like Scolari
- Strong troubleshooting skills and independent work
- Self-motivated and reliable with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear communicator across teams
- Lift up to 80 pounds
- Work on feet for entire shift
- Endure constant leaning and bending
- Handle and move up to 750 pound bins on casters
Nice to have
- Trade school diploma in electronic and mechanical disciplines for packaging equipment or equivalent
- Experience with VFFS, Digital Scales, VFD, Steppers, and Servomotors
- Troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical systems
- CMMS software experience
