- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years SAP Basis administration experience including installation and upgrades
- Experience managing complex SAP environments (ERP, BW/BW4HANA)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0 or later and BW/BW4HANA
- SAP architecture and performance tuning expertise
- Proficiency with supporting technologies (Linux/Unix, Oracle, BOBJ, Solution Manager)
- Problem-solving and proactive approach to system management
- 24/7 on-call availability
