Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 8+ years Build Reliability, Manufacturing Engineering or related experience
- 2+ years direct people management including hiring, coaching and performance management
- Hands-on manufacturing experience with knowledge of tooling, process and build constraints
- Track record leading complex cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Working knowledge of quality systems AS9100 and ISO 9001
- Core quality tools experience: APQP, PPAP, FAIRs, PFMEA, Control Plans
- Ability to build processes and teams from the ground up
- Strong people leadership skills and ability to earn trust with engineering and manufacturing partners
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Professional certification: Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or PMP
- Familiarity with high-volume inspection methods and data-driven acceptance criteria
- Experience with enterprise applications: PLM, ERP, MES
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Comfort operating in high ambiguity with incomplete precedent or data
