- 3+ years in method development, method validation, quality control, biomanufacturing validation, process development, or technology transfer
- Experience leading departments and managing complex projects with waterfall and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SmartSheet, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication with facilitation and presentation capabilities
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
