  • 10+ years in workforce planning, operations analytics, business operations, or similar field
  • Experience in high-volume multi-unit environments such as restaurant, retail, or service operations
  • Proven ownership of labor systems with measurable impact on financial and operational performance
  • Experience building and scaling workforce planning or analytics functions
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL and BI tools
  • Experience with workforce management platforms
  • Strong foundation in forecasting, labor modeling, and performance analytics
  • Systems thinking and ability to design for scale, repeatability, and simplicity
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Executive presence and ability to influence field and corporate leaders

Nice to have

  • Experience with industrial engineering and lean methodologies such as 5S
