Required
- 5+ years in test operations, system validation, or field operations for electromechanical/robotic systems
- Experience managing and sustaining a hardware-software integrated fleet in an operational test environment
- Proficiency with log analysis and telemetry tools
- Experience with structured issue management and release labeling workflows
- Understanding of reliability engineering concepts including MTBI and intervention rate analysis
