Required
- 15+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, process development, or technology development
- 10+ years direct experience in CMP process development and optimization
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Experience with CMP equipment and consumables including at least one major CMP tool platform
- Data-driven root-cause analysis ability
- Working knowledge of process integration and module interactions
Nice to have
- PhD degree
- Experience with sub-10nm logic and Gate All Around (GAA) technologies
- Success delivering customized solutions in technology development and high-volume manufacturing
- Experience collaborating with equipment and material suppliers on CMP co-development

- Experience mentoring junior engineers

- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Previous experience in a semiconductor foundry environment
