Required
- 2+ years aerospace testing, fabrication, or similar hands-on experience
- Independent task execution with high quality standards
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving with minimal guidance
- Reading and interpreting technical schematics and drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
Nice to have
- Experience with multiple testing equipment types
- Familiarity with test documentation and work order creation
- Experience mentoring or providing peer feedback
- Background with advanced aerospace systems, cryogenics, or hydraulic systems
